10-minute Sahara Gold 10! Pasta
Ingredients

6 - 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)

2 - 3 tbsp Sahara Gold 10! with Truffle Oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter
-
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan

1 - 2 tbsp reserved pasta water

Salt, to taste

Optional: cracked black pepper*
1. Cook the pasta until al dente:
Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
2. Build the base:
In a pan over LOW heat, melt butter and add 1 tbsp Sahara Gold 10! with Truffle Oil.
3. Create the sauce:
Add cooked pasta to the pan and stir in 1 - 2 tbsp pasta water. Toss together.
4. Finish with flavor:
Turn off the heat. Add Parmesan cheese and the remaining truffle oil. Toss gently to coat evenly.
5. Final touch:
Taste and adjust salt. Add black pepper if desired.
